The following details the purchasing conditions of WIKONO content through our website www.wikono.com or via telephone or e-mail.
How to be a customer at www.wikono.com
To acquire content offered by WIKONO through the website, you must first register as a customer. For this, you can register easily in our website. After the WIKONO team has checked your registration, you will receive an e-mail to activate your account. You can fill in your details so that we can know you better, offer content of your interest and know where you want to receive our videos.
You can modify your details at any time in your private area. If you do not wish to receive our content offers, you can click on "unsubscribe" in one of the e-mails you receive, or notify us via e-mail at booking@wikono.com.
WIKONO will assign a user role to you depending on your user profile, which will be associated to the Particular Content Purchase Conditions through the website. You can check these conditions before confirming each purchase, as well as in the confirmation e-mail you will receive each time you purchase some content. How to acquire content
Purchasing any content can be done through our website www.wikono.com or by telephone on 91 743 3500, always sending a confirmation by e-mail to booking@wikono.com. You can visit our website and all content both in Spanish and English.
Once registered as a user in www.wikono.com, you will see any content you wish, and purchase those that are of your interest, by clicking on the Download icon. Next, you can choose the format that you wish to receive the content, the download destination - the FTP servers you have added to your private area or your local server - and select the type of purchase you want - exclusive, premiere, or normal purchase. In addition, you can check the purchase price and particular conditions applicable to you before clicking on the "Purchase" button.
If you have a regular account with WIKONO, you can download the content immediately and, later, receive an invoice for the agreed amount by e-mail or post. If this is not the case, you will have access to a payment gateway with your credit card or PayPal to complete your purchase.
Finally, you will receive an e-mail from WIKONO confirming the purchase you have just made, the price and the applicable Particular Conditions, which shall serve as a licence purchase contract of said images.
Availability and prices
The content provided by WIKONO through its website shall be available for you and updated periodically. We do not assume any liability for any typographic or arithmetic errors that may arise on our page. The specified prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Should the content download fail for any reason unrelated to WIKONO, we shall cancel the purchase and the amount shall not be invoiced.
Content access and delivery
The content you purchase shall be downloaded from our website in the format of your choice. In addition to the standard formats provided by the website, you can ask us to create a custom coding for you, and offer you the content in the format of your choice.
You can choose to download the content to your own FTP servers or your device (local download). You can add or cancel new FTP servers, modify details, etc. from your private area. Hence, anything you download from the web will appear directly in your own server, which will reduce file transfer times.
If, after completing the purchase, you need to download the content again from our website, you may do so as many times as you want for the duration of the licence at no additional cost. You can download the same content in different formats at no additional cost.

Withdrawal
Once the purchase has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event you have downloaded content by mistake and will not use it, contact the WIKONO team and we will find a solution.
Payment
Payment shall be made through bank transfer in the case of regular customers of WIKONO, within 60 days from invoice date. Occasional customers will carry out direct payment through the payment gateway or PayPal, at the time of purchase of the images, and receive a copy of the WIKONO invoice immediately via e-mail.

Intellectual property
When purchasing content from www.wikono.com, you commit to respect the intellectual property rights, with regards to the author or distribution, that are transmitted in the acquired content, as per current Spanish legislation, and those that may be applicable to the licence you acquire, which shall be informed to you with each purchase.
WIKONO may modify its licences, as well as change, remove or add content to the website or modify how it is published, without prior notice. These changes shall not affect purchases already made, which shall respect the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
